How to purchase a Virtual Number

A virtual number will allow you to receive calls to your computer via our softphone PC Dialer, web dialer, or you can even forward this new number to a cellphone or phone. Please login to your account and then follow the instructions below.

1. Click 'Virtual Numbers' from the left menu.
2. Click the 'Add Number' button and then select the 'USA' country from the list by clicking it once. Now click NEXT.
3. Select the amount of numbers you want to purchase by clicking the arrows under the quantity column. Click NEXT to continue.
4. You will now see the summary of your order which lists how many numbers you are buying and the total cost. Click the ORDER button to complete the purchase.

Note: You must have enough credits in your account in order to purchase a number.
